Sautéed mushrooms with garlic

For me, the mushroom is a very flavourful ingredient. I loved it way before I stopped eating meat. Now it’s almost become an exceptional delicacy I can never have enough of.

Because mushrooms are so flavourful, you really don’t need many ingredients to create a tasty dish. Today let’s get back to basics, I will show you how to make an easy and tasty mushroom dish that goes well with any meal.

All we need is oil, mushroom, salt, balsamic vinegar and a little herb.
