Sautéed mushrooms with garlic
For me, the mushroom is a very flavourful ingredient. I loved it way before I stopped eating meat. Now it’s almost become an exceptional delicacy I can never have enough of.
Because mushrooms are so flavourful, you really don’t need many ingredients to create a tasty dish. Today let’s get back to basics, I will show you how to make an easy and tasty mushroom dish that goes well with any meal.
All we need is oil, mushroom, salt, balsamic vinegar and a little herb.
Heat the oil in a large, non-stick frying pan, add the minced garlic, and fry for 2-3 minutes until the garlic turns slightly in golden colour.
Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Season with balsamic vinegar, salt, black pepper and 2/3 of the chopped parsley.
Reduce heat to medium and cook for another 7-8 minutes, stirring frequently, until all the sweat from the mushrooms has evaporated.
Garnish with the remaining parsley to serve. Yum!!!!!!
This quick and easy, yet flavourful, mushroom dish makes a delicious starter, tapas or side dish for any meal. If you are a super mushroom lover like me, you may be interested in checking out my other mushroom recipes.
