- 120g frozen mixed berries

- 500ml unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)

I love berries!!!! They are so colourful, tasty and high in antioxidants and other vitamins. Also, they are a good source of fibre – great for a healthy digestive system. You can add them to breakfast cereals, smoothies, cocktails and desserts recipes.
However, berry season is short and only lasts a couple of months in the summer, so I always keep a pack of frozen berries in my fridge so that I can enjoy the sweet taste of summer anytime I want.
Back to basics, I am sharing my mixed berries smoothie recipe. This is a very simple recipe, all you need is put everything in a blender and blend for a few minutes. It is a quick and delicious way to start your day, enjoy!
